Scones

  • 3 cup flour/ww flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • opt. cinnamon

Mix dry ingred. Add egg to milk then add to dry ingredrients. Roll out
and use cutters.

Bake 300 F until light brown 15-20 minutes. Variation - substitute
cheese for raisins.
